프로젝트 스케쥴
- 파트주문 : 1차결재후 파트주문후 입고까지 약 7~10일 소요예정.
- 와이어링작업 :1차결재후 약 3~5일후에 와이어링 작업시작. 1~2일정도 소요 예정 또는 현재 리노베이션 상황에 따라 마무리후 작업시작.
- 셋업, 구성, 테스트 : 약 2주 소요 예정
- 전체적으로 프로젝트는 계약후 약 4주 소요예정.

Terms
이견적서는 SOUND4U AV의 재산이고 다른 경쟁업체나 공사업체에 공개되거나 기본서식으로 사용될수 없습니다. 단 본사를 컨설턴트로 계약할 경우는 협의에 의해 디자인과 내용을 공개할 수 있습니다.
- 1차 결재 : 총액의 20%
- 2차 결재 : 총액의 60% 주문기기가 배송시작시
- 3차 결재 : 프로젝트 완료후 잔액 또는 추가/변경에 의한 최종잔액
- 프로젝트를 진행하면서 발생하는 자재비용은 원가 플러스 10% 가 청구됩니다.
- 프로젝트에 필요한 LIFT, SCAFFOLDING 등의 렌탈은 비용에 10%가 청구됩니다.
- 최초의 디자인과 견적서의 수락후 디자인, 제품, 공사의 변경은 오직 클라이언트의 대표자와 SOUND4U의 대표의 E-mail 과 정확한 Confirmation 을 통해서만 가능.
- 어떠한 구두의 (Verbal) 약속이나 변경은 그 유효성이 없음. 이것은 공사의 일관성을 지키고, 전달의 불확실성에서 오는 공사의 지연을 방지하기 위함.
- 전기작업이 필요할 경우 본사에서 처리하거나 (비용 별도청구) 요청에 따라 클라이언트가 준비하여 제공
- 본사와 클라이어트간에 상의하여 진행함
- SOUND4U 는 모든 프로젝트 공사가 끝나는 날로부터 1년간 하드웨어 설치에 관련된 부분을 무상 수리/보수함,
잘못된 사용, 사용자 에러, 무리한 사용, 변경, 그리고 천재지변으로 인한 결함은 이 무상수리/보수에 포함이 안되고, 이 경우 수리/보수에 필요한 비용이 청구됨. - 모든 제품의 보증은 각 제품회사의 보증기간에 따름.
- 각 제픔회사의 보증기간이나 SOUND4U의 설치 보증기간이 만기가 된후 발생하는 서비스에 대해선 그때 적용되는 일반 서비스비용이 청구됨.
- 프로젝트완성후 3개월간 – 경우에 따라 방문하여 무상 점검 (사용자 에러로 인한 방문서비스는 비용이 청구됨)
- 프로젝트완성후 3개월 후에 사용상 또는 기계상의 문제 발생시에는 전화상으로 해결방법을 찾고, 필요시에는 현장을 방문하고 서비스비용이 청구됨
- SOUND4U의 서비스 방문 요청에는 $150 초기 1시간 이후 시간당 $75 추가, 또는 요청사안에 따라 청구됨.
